COVID 19 polices:
We have a stringent cleaning protocol in place to ensure full sanitization between guests. It is important that we provide you with a safe stay at the schools. We adhere to all current Covid regulations as per Saskatchewan Health.
Are pets permitted?
No pets are permitted at this time, except those registered at the Bed & Bale.
What is the cancellation policy?
For event rentals: free cancellation within 48 hours of booking as long as guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the event venue rent, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.
Can I book just for the day?

How can I pay?
Events and associated accommodations are paid directly to Merid & Magna. B&B’s only are booked through Airbnb site.
Do you offer payment packages?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 30 days prior to event.
Do you offer tours?
Yes we encourage tours prior to formal bookings of events only to ensure what we have to offer fits with your plans.
Discounts for extended stays?
Yes we have discounted rates for longer stays. Please contact us for further information and rates.
Arrival & check out:
Check In is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.
Is there an option for earlier check in?
Yes.
Is there an option for later check out?
Yes.
Camping- is it allowed?
We have room for up to 8 trailers- unserviced $20 each.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes.
Wheelchair accessible?
Not at this time.
How to get here?
We are located approx. 10 kms west of Marengo or 10 kms east of Alsask. We are located 2 km’s north of highway 7 on Merid Road. The ‘Merid Road’ sign is on the highway.
Things to see in the area:
Our farm is located a short walk from the schools. We enjoy having you visit our cows and calves from a safe distance and cycling or walking on our land. Alsask Radar Dome, Alsask Springs for some fishing or a picnic by the water located 5 minute drive south of the schools, Great Sandhills Museum & Interpretive Centre located in Septre, SK located 1 hour & 21 minutes south. The Old MIlitary base in Alsask has a swimming pool and life size foosball court in the summer months and a 2 lane bowling alley and a gymnasium which is available via appointment year long.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in either school or areas surrounding schools. There is a designated smoking area provided.
Weather variables — can a wedding be hosted outside? If weather changes, can it be moved inside?
Yes. There is plenty of room outside and because you will be renting the entire property it can be moved inside if you wish.

We will do our very best to accommodate any special needs you may have. Please advise us at the time of your reservation.
